I agree. But Christians believe it, so it is a way of using their own weaponry against them. I don't have to believe in the quotes for them to be effective. And I think they are the most effective ways of helping Christians to realize the way the church twists information and deceives people into thinking that God is all-loving, merciful, and just.

Is God a murderer? He murdered everyone that drowned in the Biblical floods, and killed the first borns of Egyptian families during passover. Is God invisible? Yes, because nobody has seen him, but he is everywhere (John 1:18) Does the Bible preach conforming to a belief system? Yes, or else you should be killed according to Jesus. Read his moral lesson in Luke 19:27 So what is God's love for us if he can't be less brutal and murderous when he punishes? Would you do that to children?

I hope so, but my point is that the members of P.O.D. are aligning themselves with people who manipulate and gain followers using scare tactics and promises that they have no evidence will ever come true.
