Great video and well put together. This is a great resource for education on nutrition and general health. Going to the source of the problem! People need to really start focusing on what they're putting into their bodies and why. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And don't think that the doctor that is treating you is always right. Make sure that they are taking the time to get to the cause of your condition.

I am pushing this forward. We don't have time to sit back and wait. We have to be ACTIVE! Send e-mails, get educated and speak to people. Help others understand and get involved.

I agree regarding the failing dietary recommendations failing to curtail heart disease. But the doc jumps on the animal fat demonizing bandwagon.GRASS-fed livestock have the richest fat soluble vitamins important in neolithic times, yet we should avoid it now?A big factor in heart disease is vegetable oils. The processed heat treated oils and not the traditionals like olive. Our great grandparents cooked with lard, including raw butter, yet heart disease made up 8% of mortality in the early 1900s.

I have been doing alot of reading and research on the same topics you talk about in your video and have posted my own views on this site. Sugar is our greatest poison today and i am strongly opposed to vaccinations. It's great to see that this information is getting out there. Keep up the great work and look forward to more videos.

We need more highly educated people like Dr Blaylock to stand up against the pharma/food companies and tell the truth and say that they're poisoning us.

Yes, that's fine. Just be sure to tell your audience where they can get a copy. Thanks. |
